Having been on both sides of the staffing scenario, from seeking hard to find candidates, to being a candidate, we have a perspective on healthcare staffing that may be a little different from other points of view.

Global HRI is seeking relationships with those "not so common" facilities and clinicians that have the common goal of "improving the overall health and well being of patients and the larger community of people around us" by meeting the high standards and demands and technologies of “global” healthcare. The struggle over the seemingly ever increasing demands of a tremendous national shortage of healthcare workers affects all of us.
